City Of Fairmont issued the following announcement on Feb. 16.
Need help with utility bills? The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) helps pay energy and water bills with benefits up to $1,400, plus more help for energy or water emergencies. The new on-line application process allows applicants to complete the application and upload the required documentation rather than delivering the application by mail, email or in person.
