City Of Fairmont issued the following announcement on Nov. 05.
Rake Leaves this Weekend
As a reminder, leaf pick-up begins Monday, November 7th for properties south of Blue Earth Avenue/Lake Avenue and north of Lair Road/Cardinal Street.
Leaves should be windrowed on the boulevard within 5' of the curb by 7:00 am on Monday morning. ONLY whole leaves, mulched leaves or mulched grass mixed with leaves will be picked up. No garden/landscape vegetation will be picked up.
Leaves can also be dropped off, along with brush. grass clippings and garden/landscape vegetation, at the Yard Waste Recycling site located at 1880 100th Street, Fairmont.
