On Friday, March 6, the UW River Falls Falcons, featuring former Martin County West Senior High School standout Emily Anderson, were defeated 84-81 by the Ripon Red Hawks in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The matchup, which started at 5:30 p.m. at Memorial Auditorium, was the Falcons’ first meeting with the Ripon Red Hawks in the tournament.
