Florence Township issued the following announcement on Jun. 07.
The 2022 Florence Township Patriotic Celebration Prep is well underway! We look forward to joining our residents, businesses, school, civic and youth organizations to honor our veterans on Saturday, July 9th!
Please click the link and check out the events flyer for the day. ALSO, anyone interested in entering their business or other organization into the parade, please fill out and return to the township as soon as possible. If you know someone with an antique car, area business, non-profit or other parade-esque display, please encourage them to come out and have a great time.
This year is the 150th Anniversary of Florence Township, so it is a special milestone to be celebrated with family, friends and neighbors!
