Of the 400 citizens living in Lynd in 2019, 281 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 156 of those people were female and 125 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
