City of Belview issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.
There is a very special mailbox located in front of the Odeon Hall for children (up to age 10) to drop off their letters to Santa. Santa is very busy this time of year but he will reply to the letters he receives if the child's full name and address are included in their letter. Letters to Santa must be received by December 14th.
