City of Ceylon issued the following announcement on Oct. 19.
Citizens of Ceylon may have received a postcard from Martin County this week that looks like this.
This card is notifying you of an ADDITIONAL place you may vote.
It DOES NOT replace Ceylon City Hall as your polling place on November 3rd, 2020.
Ceylon City Hall WILL be open on that day for in person voting.
