City of Luverne issued the following announcement on Oct. 12.
October 19-23 & October 26-30
- One round per week.
- Rake leaves into gutter by 7 a.m. Monday.
- No branches, yard clippings, or bagged leaves.
- Do not place leaf piles close to parked cars.
- Keep the street grates free of leaves.
