City of Luverne issued the following announcement on July 29.
The City of Luverne offers a $75 rebate to water utility customers after the purchase and installation of a High Efficiency Toilet with the WaterSense Label. The rebate applies to the replacement of existing toilets or new homes and businesses under construction.
