City of Porter issued the following announcement on June 19.
Please read the attached letter from Yellow Medicine County Public Services regarding the process that will be utilized for the vote by mail process. This will be the first election held utilizing this process for the City of Porter and Wergland Township, which will be joining more than 10 of the 30 other voting precincts in Yellow Medicine County that have been conducting vote by mail in previous elections.
