City of Ceylon issued the following announcement on April 24.
The city of Ceylon implores all of our citizens to immediately stop flushing “flushable” wipes. They do not degrade like toilet paper. We have had to have our sewer pipes sucked free of them twice now. Each time it’s pumped it’s very expensive
