City of Clements issued the following announcement on March 5
I just want to say thank you for your patience while we updated the water and sewer meters and program. We had a minor setback with the readings transfering to the program but it is fixed. The water bills have been set out and I put the due date on them as the 25th for the late billing. To those who have asked questions, I am getting that information and will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you again. Have a great weekend!
