City of Ceylon issued the following announcement on Feb. 25.
Ceylon Community Clean-Up Day will be May 23rd, 2020. We will again this year be collecting from the curb. We will NOT collect electronics or appliances of any kind. Also, this is for Ceylon residents ONLY. If you are caught with refuse coming in from outside of town your refuse will be left on the curb.
