City of Ceylon issued the following announcement on Feb. 4.
The City of Ceylon is accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance/Utility Worker. Preferred candidates will possess a Valid Class C driver’s license, Class C Water License & Class D Wastewater License.
General Duties: Performs routine to skilled manual and maintenance work with the city streets, alleys, sidewalks, vehicles, equipment, water & wastewater, electric meters, buildings, grounds and parks; and performs related duties as required.
Starting salary is $18.oo per hour depending on qualifications. Applications and a complete resume should be submitted no later than 3:00 pm on February 18, 2020.
