City of Porter issued the following announcement on Jan. 21.
Expect deteriorating weather conditions on Friday with visibility reducing rapidly when it begins to snow. The National Weather Service has issued a BLIZZARD WARNING beginning at 6:00 AM Saturday, January 18, 2020 through 6:00 PM Saturday, January 18, 2020.
