City of Cottonwood issued the following announcement on Dec. 4.
In the spirit of Christmas, a private party within the community, has made a donation to match what is paid by selected persons on their water bill. Funds will match up to 50% of total due water bill, but not exceeding $50.00 per house hold, and can not be used as a credit balance on any account.
The households selected to receive this gift are:
all single parent family households, as well as;
all single senior citizen households.
