City of Belview issued the following announcement on Nov. 26.
With snow in the forecast please make sure that all vehicles, campers and trailers are not parked on city streets so David can plow curb to curb. He also asks that when removing snow from your sidewalks and driveways to not blow it out on to the street. If you do your part you make it easier for David to be able to do a good job doing his.
